I accidentally removed iCloud drive from the Favorites sidebar (in Finder).
Dragging it back isn't restoring it.
How could I restore it?

No. You can rearrange the order of the three you mentioned though - just click and drag to move them.
A possible workaround would be to create a new folder, say "Cloud files", and put it in the sidebar. You could then place aliases of your other folders into that one. This would help trim down the folders in your Favorites section, as well as keep the same quick access to them.
Drag the folder to the desired position in the sidebar. This adds the folder to the sidebar in every current and future Finder window, as well as Finder Open/Save windows/sheets.
Removal is done by dragging the folder from the sidebar out to the side.

It can be done by going to Finder preferences -> Sidebar and checking iCould Drive
