I have an iMac at my home office that I'm often playing music on from the output speakers. I also have an AirPort Express with a speaker connectable to via AirPlay / Bluetooth. I was wondering, is there any way to play my music from the standard output on my iMac, and at the same time, play it from my AirPort Express using AirPlay or Bluetooth?

With iOS 4.2 you can send music directly from your iPhone/iPad to your Airport Express from any application supporting it. You can also stream both audio and video from your iDevices from Apples applications. Starting with iOS 4.3 you can also stream video from any application, not just applications developed by Apple.
Funny story.
Switching B from "Join a wireless network" to "Extend a wireless network" seemed to fix the problem instantly, despite the caveat in that Apple KB doc.
Two days later, the problem has returned. It seems that I can deliberately exacerbate the problem by using extra bandwidth, such as by running a speed test (over WiFi, of course).

If you're using iTunes to play music, it's actually much easier than that, and doesn't require any other software.
In iTunes, click on the Airplay icon next to the volume control, click "Multiple" and select the devices you wish to play through.
