I have recently got rid of my Apple Music subscription (and moved to Spotify), as part of my sub I used to use iCloud Music Library. Now with Apple Music gone I want to just sync my library the old way using iTunes however I am shown this screen:
There is no option in Settings > Music to turn off my iCloud Music library on my phone. How can I resolve this?
I was having the same problem. I went into Settings on my iPhone and to Music. Towards the bottom it says Show All Music. I just disabled that and it solved my problem.
Many users have reported this problem with syncing music on iOS 8. The following steps can be taken to Sync the music back onto your iPhone.
• Uncheck “sync music” in iTunes
• Delete Music (General > Usage > Manage Storage)
• Re-check “sync music”
• Sync
I did this and also had to make sure, under the Summary tab in iTunes that "Sync only checked songs & videos" AND "Manually manage music & videos" were checked. ONLY then did it sync successfully.

On your phone, navigate to Settings > Music. There you will see "Show Apple Music" and "Sync Library". Make sure both of those are off. I believe that you will not see iCloud Music Library any longer.
