I'm trying to create an ingest application that I can use to help document iPhones, I'm wondering what information there is since all my research has revealed very basic information.
I want the process to more or less be
- plug in the phone
- hit trust (if applicable)
- hit import
So I need to know how to query the phone for this information I cant find any documentation on it. applications like 3utools prove that this is possible but I haven't found a way to use that an intermediary as it doesn't save battery health information to a file

There is an app that basically does what you want. It is called coconut battery.
You can conveniently track multiple devices battery health, their device name, model and more. Just click on
history→open history viewer.All you have to do is to connect the device, trust it once and then anytime you reconnect it should save the info (if the app is running).
I only have the free version, but if I remember correctly, there are some features that require a purchase. Personally I have never needed these though.
