I want to delete songs from iPhone but keep in iPod in iTunes. when uncheck songs from library, this erase from both devices. Is there a way to remove all the songs just from iPhone?

when you share a library with another computer, you are not sharing prefenences, just the files.
So when you check/uncheck files you are doing this for teh duration itunes is sharing, as soon as iTunes stops sharing the library, the computer will "forget it" and its settings.
When it is shared again it will see a new fresh library.
You need to tell iTunes not to sync those songs.
- Uncheck the songs you do not want to sync in the iTunes "Music" list.
- Check "Sync only checked songs and Videos" in the options for the device.

Create two separate playlist, one for the iphone and one for the ipod. Drag in the songs you want for each playlist and then just sync these playlists to the appropriate device.
