When using iPad, with Safari or some other application, once I find an interesting blog with its RSS feed, how can I add it to my google reader feeds?

NewsRack is pretty solid, with a simple clean interface, and the ability to add feeds directly int he app- no Google reader required.
I use Reeder now, which I think has a nicer, slicker interface, but Reeder requires Google sync - you can't add feeds directly in the app. Before that, I was very happy with NewsRack.
Reeder (for both the iPhone and Mac OS) can send articles to Instapaper.

If you use an RSS reader like Mr Reader or Reeder, you can add new subscriptions using the + button on the main screen of each.
