Indeed I have a home automation system, I would like to integrate a voice control system and for that I need to be able to call shell commands like curl.
I have seen many Siri tweaks but none of them allowing to assign a voice command like :
turn on the light
To a specific shell command
You can install OpenSSH in Cydia and use a SSH client (say, Panic's Prompt - look for it in the App Store), that makes a pretty nice terminal emulator for iOS.
As to running programs from the command line, sure, no problem, but none of them are designed to work in CLI. They don't retrieve/parse arguments, don't output...etc If you can get some out of Cydia or compile them yourself, it'll work, but I don't think you'll be able to command Apple's own apps that way.
If the numbers are in your contacts.
You can Edit the contact by adding another number with some controls in.
i.e if you are always dialling : (888) 555 1212
And you need to wait 4 seconds and then enter a (1) for the selection.
You can Edit the contact and duplicate the number.
Then press the symbols button.
which will give you two new buttons.
Pause and Wait.
Pressing the Pause button will add a "," at the end of the number.
AFAIK each "," will pause for 2 seconds. I am not sure about wait. Which I expect will be longer.
Once you have your pauses you can add the DTMF number as shown I have entered two "," to get 4 seconds and a (1) for the DTMF.
Repeat as needed for any other pauses and numbers and save. And dail.

Ok I got it working with the awesome tweak Assistant+. You just need to set the voice command you wan't to say, and then you can type the shell command to execute.
It costs 1.99$ on cydia
