I basically want to sign in with a US Apple ID for the App Store and an Indian ID for Apple Music.
Is it possible to do that without losing all the music saved using Apple Music?

There are a couple of gotchas I'm aware of.
- If you buy apps on both iTunes accounts, they all get listed together when updates become available, not just the ones on the account you're currently signed into. So if you click 'download all free updates' iTunes will only download the updates for the account which is signed in. This can be confusing because you've told it to download all free updates and it doesn't tell you why it hasn't downloaded the others.
- If you have an Apple TV and you want to use Home Sharing, then you can only share the content for one account at a time.
Shane Hsu's answer is correct, but there is also another way to do it if you don't want to delete the app: There is one file for each app that contains the "receipt" for that app's previous download from the Mac App Store. The file is named receipt. Here is how to find it and move it to a different location, so that the Mac App Store will allow you to enter a different Apple ID:
Find the app in your /Applications directory:
Right-click, and choose "Show Package Contents":
In the new window that has opened, double-click the Contents folder to go into that folder.
You will now probably see a folder named _MASReceipt. "MAS" stands for "Mac App Store." It should have a file inside of it named receipt:
Move the _MASReceipt folder to the trash:
Now, close the Mac App Store and then launch it again. Hopefully, at this point, when you try to update the app, its Apple ID field will be empty.
If this doesn't work, you will probably want to put the _MASReceipt folder back, by opening the Trash:

The "Mac App Store" accessed through "App Store.app" uses a totally seperate login system from iTunes.app, so you can use different AppleIDs for the two of them.
Within iTunes.app, I use multiple different AppleIDs to purchase iOS apps in different regions, which means I sometimes need to sign out of one AppleID and sign into a different one when switching regions and purchaseing or updating iOS apps. I have not encountered any issues when pushing these apps to my iOS devices or when running them on the iOS devices.
The Apple Music part is trickier. According to http://www.idownloadblog.com/2015/10/04/apple-music-foreign-japan-account-in-usa/ you cannot easily have multiple regions using multiple iCloud Music Libraries, swithching AppleIDs for this purpose is limited.
As I understand things: if you want to use a different AppleID to buy some iOS apps, this should not be a problem - your current setup will not be impacted. If you want to use a different AppleID to sign into Apple Music then you will loose access to your current AppleID Apple Music stuff until you switch back.
