I cannot view my photos on my iPhone 7 plus although it takes up 13GB of storage. It happened last Sunday, March 31, 2019, I was about to send a photo thru messenger when I noticed that the picture selection wouldn't load. So I checked out photos and found out I couldn't view them. There's a note on the bottom that it's restoring. I haven't been able to find any fix to problem, please help. Thanks.
PS: I can take photos or screenshots but I do not know if they are actually saved.

Try out from the following options to make it work:-
Reset Network Settings There is a chance that the culprit is the networking. To be specific, your iPhone is syncing photos to the cloud. Yet, the networking is not fine.
