With Apple Health in iOS 9, how can I see the interaction between multiple data categories? For example, if I enter data for menstruation and sexual activity, it would be nice to see a graph with both of those overlaid on one another.

it looks like Show All Data from the device is showing frequent short distance movements instead of the aggregated time and distance that Cyclemeter reports.
The Health app must be doing some kind of interpolation as well as merging or ignoring duplicates from the many data sets and points to generate the graph on the Dashboard.

Best way I found was to: Open Health App and head to Health data < All and use the arrow on the upper right of the screen then choose Export.
It will take a while if you have a data. You'll be able to get a ZIP file that you can mail to yourself.
Just use XCode and you should (at least!) be able to read your data. You could then use dropbox to sync it with your other devices.

The feature you're describing doesn't exist in the Health app. However, it's possible there's some App Store app that reads such data from HealthKit and can display a combined chart.
