I can't upgrade Yosemite at the Mac App Store. Everything else works but the last upgrade ( iTunes 12.3.2, Safari 9.0.2, etc.) It seems it is starting, but stops downloading.

Have you tried the manual upgrade outside app store? Try to download packages manually and see if you can then upgrade them.
