I have IOS 8 and I want to know how to save ALL of my notifications.
What I mean is, I unlock the phone and then the notification disappears and I didn't read it. I have looked all over and there's no way I've found.

You must have launched PandoraBox before the reboot of your iPhone, right?
When you launch apps that send notifications, they keep the way to identify you and throw notifications to your phone.
So the answer to your question is : "the code is running on some PandoraBox machine, not on your iPhone".
I have just disabled checking for updates automatically from System Preferences:
I install updates manually from App Store or with sudo softwareupdate -ia.
I tried adding this command to the root's crontab (and not restarting after updates):
0 14 * * * /usr/sbin/softwareupdate -ia
I didn't have any issues at first, but after the 10.8.3 update, Safari started crashing on launch until I restarted. After that I changed -ia to -da so the command just downloads updates. softwareupdate does not include updates for App Store applications though.

Settings > Notifications > Messages > Show in Notification Centre > … you can set up to 10 recent items
then all you need to do is swipe your screen from the top down & there they are [though if you've never used that before you'll probably need to clear a whole lot of other stuff first time & trim which apps actually need to be in there.]
You can't have all - only the last 10.
