I know service workflows created from Automator can be removed from ~/Library/Services, but I cannot see any services related to selected text there.

I must have installed apps that added such services the LaTeX series in the screenshot, which shows up in the context menu when right-clicking text in apps like Notes.
How to remove these services then?
At the top of the screen, above your action, there should be a list-box that says Service receives selected <text> in <any application>. Changing <text> to folders should give you the folders as input.
You may want to try Services Manager.app:
Download the application and put it into your /Applications folder (or any other convenient place). After you started it you can configure each service to appear in the Services menu (by enabling it in the Active column), in the Context Menu (by enabling it in the Context Menu) or in both.

OK, found it myself. Under
System Preferences>Keyboard>Shortcuts>Services, I can uncheck those 3rd-party services.
