On Google Chrome, i want to go to a website, which is blurred out for privacy reasons, but whenever i click proceed anyway, it tells me on and on the same message, can someone help me out or something or how do i add that website as a administrator website, or a trusted website? Im using a mac machine.

That is many questions all in one. In order to manage our search engine, we prefer to have 1 question at the time.
1) I'd prefer Chrome to save the credentials in its own storage, instead sharing one with Safari. 2) If not, I'd rather it to not ask me about that. 3) Failing that, it should at least give me the right credentials.
To prevent the pop up is done with granting the Access Control in the key-chain.
Here is a sample:
Open the relevant key chain item and click on access control.
Add and allow Google Chrome to use it.
Try this to see if you're just looking in the wrong place...
Quit Chrome
Switch to Finder
Open a new Finder window, Cmd ⌘ N
Go To... Cmd ⌘ Shift ⇧ G
Copy/paste this ~/Library/Application Support/Google/Chrome/Default/ (including the tilde ~) into that Go To window
Hit Enter
What do you see?
Bookmarks ought to be in there, along with Bookmarks.bak
Hold Alt ⌥ & drag both to the desktop, for safety.
Delete Bookmarks.
Rename Bookmarks.bak to Bookmarks
Launch Chrome
BTW, ~ (tilde) is Mac shorthand for your home folder, in My hard drive/my user name/ without needing to know what they are called. It always goes to your home folder.

It would be easier to give you a fish here but since you don't want to share the hostname... the error indicates that the name in the address bar (eg. apple.stackexchange.com) does not match anything in the certificate that the site is presenting (perhaps it actually belongs to some.bogus.example.tld).
I think it's rather a poor idea to defeat the safety measures Google put in there for you. May I ask your reasoning for being fearless here?
