AppstoreConnect reports total estimate proceeds in euro

You can log in to iTunes with multiple Apple ID accounts. In my case I have a personal account and a work account with dev access.

Once the xcode (or any app) is installed it doesn't case who's Apple ID is logged in, however you may have to do some bouncing between accounts if you have installed apps from both accounts and you need to update them. other then that two accounts works fine.

I would call Developer Support directly to get them to look at the specifics for your account:

Choose the Enrollment and Account link and sign in to get your options. It your AppleID doesn't work to sign in, then you need to contact the online store in your country and ask them to connect you with the developer support team. In the US it's 1-800-MY-APPLE.
